Poop Plushie Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Poop Plushie, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help!

Refunds & Exchanges – 7-Day Policy

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, if it’s been more than 7 days, we can’t offer one.

We only accept returns for damaged items (not for buyer’s remorse or preference changes). If your Poop Plushie arrives damaged, here’s what to do:

  1. Email us at support@poopplushie.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Attach clear photos of the damage.
  3. Ship the item back (return shipping is on you).

Once we receive your damaged plushie:

  • If we have a replacement, we’ll send it your way.
  • If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll refund your full purchase price.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your Poop Plushie goes MIA, don’t panic! We’ll investigate the delivery status, tracking info, and carrier details.

  • If the package is lost or returned to us, we’ll send you a new one at no extra charge!

Exchanges (Size Issues, etc.)

Need a different size? No problem! Here’s how it works:

  • Send the original plushie back to us (you’ll cover return shipping).
  • Once we receive it, we’ll ship out the replacement (if in stock).
  • If you’d rather not ship it back, we can offer a partial refund (up to 50%) with photo proof.
